The Droid Bionic includes a powerful ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor clocked at 1GHz with an NVIDIA Tegra 2 chipset. As far as the RAM memory is concerned, it features 1GB storage with 16GB on-board storage, that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. The card has 16GB built-in memory.

iPhone 4S has a dual core processor with an A5 chipset, which is similar to one in the iPad 2.  The iPhone 4S will have the same processor that provides incredible graphics and performance.

2. 4G LTE
